Natural Fitness

My ethos is that most problems can be solved by returning to what’s natural for us. A lot of my clients have problems caused by modern lifestyles which involve too much sitting, looking at screens and limited movement patterns. I offer instruction in Natural Fitness as a remedy to this. I’m currently hosting a class on the last Friday of the month in Buckthorne Cutting Nature Reserve.
