How do I pay?
Deposits are taken for new customers when booking via Fresha. For returning customers you have the option of paying in advance or with card or cash after the treatment
what should i wear?
Sensible pants and/or small shorts are best. For women an back-fastening bra is fine but sports bras can get in the way.
how do I get in touch?

what if i need to cancel my appointment?
Not a problem. You can do this on Fresha up to 12 hours before. After that just send me an email giving as much notice as possible. I trust you not to take advantage. Please do cancel if you pick up any contagious bugs.
what aftercare do you provide?
During and immediately following a treatment I will often advise on strengthening, mobility and posture to provide a long-term solution to an issue. Feel free to contact me after with any queries you may have.
