How do I pay?
My preferred method of payment is via my card terminaI but cash is fine. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment can also be made in advance by bank transfer if requested.
what should i wear?
Sensible pants and/or small shorts are best. For women an back-fastening bra is fine but sports bras can get in the way.

what if i need to cancel my appointment?
Not a problem. You can do this on Fresha up to 24 hours before. After that just send me an email giving as much notice as possible. I trust you not to take advantage. Please do cancel if you pick up any contagious bugs.
what aftercare do you provide?
During and immediately following a treatment I will often advise on strengthening, stretching and posture to provide a long-term solution to an issue. Feel free to contact me after with any queries you may have.
